Great product. Communication could be better. August 3, 2011 Reviewer: Craig I. from Cleveland, OH United States   First, I'm thrilled with my pendant... it's exactly as I wanted it, and I'm sure my wife will love it! I had to make a change after I received the digital proof; but the change was made quickly and accurately. This change was due to a mistake on my part, BTW. My only complaint is that communication was a little lacking. For example, after I put in my change, my only communication that I got acknowledging the change was another digital proof. I would have liked a little more reassurance that it was being handled and wouldn't affect my ship date. Also, I never got any sort of update on the progress. I expected, at least, a "your order has shipped" message. It just showed up on my doorstep one day. Bottom line: I love the product and the customer service was fast, if not expressive.
