The MyMonogram™ Thorne Signet Ring features your unique monogram in deep detail. The Medium size ring is ideal for finger sizes 4.5 to 9.5 and our Large size ring is for sizes 7 through 14. If you are between sizes 7 to 9.5, you can take your pick, depending on your tastes! The top of the Medium ring measures approximately 3/5" wide by 1/2" tall. The top of the Large ring measures approximately 4/5" wide by 3/5" tall.
