1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
With normal production, you will receive your item in just under three weeks.
2. Can you produce my order any quicker than three weeks?
Yes, we now offer three business day service. Details.
3. What company do you use for shipping?
We use United Parcel Service.
4. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to most countries, a complete list is available during the checkout process. Attention International Customers - We will produce your item and ship for arrival in about three weeks. Upon receipt you will be responsible for any import taxes or duties. Carved Creations will not be responsible for orders delayed by the customs process.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and money orders.
6. If I do not like my merchandise, may I return it?
We want you to not only be completely satisfied but impressed as well. Within 30 days of receiving your Carved Creations product if you don't feel we have done our best to exceed your expectations simply return it for a full no questions asked refund less any shipping or special handling charges!
7. How do I get my finger sized?
Due to the custom nature of our products, ordering the correct size is important. Need your finger sized? Download our PDF Sizer and follow the directions shown. Regardless, we will adjust any ring size free of charge within the first 30 days of shipment. View our international finger size conversion table.
8. What do I do if my ring is the wrong size?
Within the first 30 days of receiving any Carved Creations ring, we will adjust the size for no additional charge. After this period we will resize Sterling rings to the correct size for a $25.00 charge plus shipping. If your size adjustment is outside the limits to maintain our stringent quality standard, we will remake your Sterling ring in the new size for a $50.00 flat fee plus return shipping. This will be done upon receipt of the original ring. Note: any resize or repair work done to any Carved Creations ring outside our factory will void the warranty. For Platanium™ items, see #16, below.
9. What if I need work done to my jewelry item after the initial 30 day Size and Satisfaction Guarantee?
We completely stand behind our excellent workmanship; regarding Sterling Silver items, beyond 30 days from date of shipment and within one year, we will repair your item at no charge and ship it back to you at no charge. If at any time your Sterling Silver item is not repairable, we will gladly make you a brand new item for a flat fee of $50.00 plus return shipping. The new item will have a one-year limited warranty, just as if it were new. For Sterling Silver items requiring service one year or more from the original shipment date, we will remake the item for a flat fee of $50.00 plus return shipping. If you choose not to have your Sterling Silver item remade, but repaired, there will be a flat fee of $25.00 plus return shipping. Repairs made beyond one year from date of purchase will not be warranted, but we will happily remake the item for the stated flat fee of $50 plus return shipping. For Platanium™ items, see #16, below.
10. Can I add a name to my Mother’s Jewelry if I have another child?
For a charge of $50.00 plus shipping, we will remake the item with the additional name. Simply return the item to us along with the appropriate information and payment and the remade item will be returned to you in approximately two weeks.
11. Can the rings be made in another width not shown?
No, the rings are only available in the widths shown.
12. Can you use my style of lettering?
Because of the complex nature of the tooling and production we only offer the letter
styles you see listed.
13. Do you make items in Platinum?
Carved Creations does not currently craft pieces in Platinum. Please visit www.john-christian.com for Platinum styles.
14. How many characters will a ring hold?
The Lifenames™ will hold approximately 32 characters but will vary with finger size. We can add more letters, but for the best appearance, this is what we suggest.
15. What is Platanium™?
Platanium™ is our proprietary jeweler's stainless steel alloy. It is similar in color to White Gold or Platinum, and is extremely hard, much like Titanium. It is hypoallergenic as well, so it is perfect for those with sensitive skin.
16. What is the Platanium™ Lifetime Warranty?
Our new Platanium™ fine jeweler's stainless steel has the look of platinum combined with the hardness of titanium. We are so confident about our new proprietary metal that we will include a complimentary lifetime manufacturer's warranty on any item ordered in this revolutionary alloy. We will repair, refinish or resize any Platanium™ Carved Creations design at our expense for as long as you own it.
